  32. I realize you are trying to be helpful but you are incorrect about the
  33. limitation on an SLC. All of my lines (3) are on an SLC and I regularly
  34. get 31200/31200 connects between them and my symbol rate is usually 3429. 
  35. There is this ongoing belief that being on an SLC will limit the
  36. performance but it's untrue. If the SLC is not properly optioned, there's
  37. a good chance it will limit the connection rate but it is not automatic.

  39. Interestingly enough, V.FC is limited on my SLC lines to 26400...
